MSI GF65 Thin - cannot boot installer

Hi guys, I have created bootable USB of Catalina 10.15.7 using MacOS and OpenCore, but I get this kernel panic error and I can't find a way around it.
Any help is much appreciated. Here is the error code and my config.plist.

My specs are:
Intel Core i5 10500H
Rtx 3060 75W

Please read and comply with the rules, in particular the one regarding profiles.

if your laptop only has nvidia then it will not work
