Hello. I just installed Mojave on my MSI GE70.
i5-4200M, HD4600/GTX765M, Intel HM76.
Everything fixed except HDMI output and GT765M.
I followed guide for fix HDMI/Audio. Everything looks good, but when I connect HDMI, Mac just reboots. (Nvidia disabled with nv_disabled=1)

DSDT patched with:
[syn] Fix PRSEOP_ZERO error
Audio Layout 12
[bat] MSCX61 2PC
[igpu] Brightness Fix
[igpu] Rename BOD3 to HDAU
[igpu] Rename GFX0 to iGPU
[sys] Fix _WAK Arg0 v2
[sys] Fix Mutex with non-zero SyncLevel
[sys] HPET Fix
[sys] IRQ Fix
[sys] OS Check Fix (Windows 8)
[sys] RTC Fix
[sys] SMBUS Fix

Second problem:
As I know GTX765M is supported natively with smbios iMac 14.2, but Mac just reboots while booting (on apple logo after console output (-v))

Attached file is gen_tool output.
Thanks!

Update:
I managed to fix it, by switch hdmi port to 306.
Now no reboots, it can work as dual monitor or mirror screen, without any problems!

I made pull request. Hope it helps other people to get HDMI work on their laptops.

About GTX765m question also closed. Optimus is not possible on mac.
