Just in case anybody's interested:
I changed a couple more things:

-removed SSDT from /Extra
-deleted mac mini 5,1 smBIOS,
-in the boot plist added Graphics 1920x1080x32, darkwake=0, removed npc=0x2000
-ran multibeast 5.3.1 and renewed Fake SMC, checked ElliottForceLegacyRTC, EvOreboot, both options in Fake SMC Plugins, AppleRTC Patch, Chimera 1.11.1, 1080p display and added iMac 12,2 definition.
-I also deleted AppleIntelFramebufferCapri.kext once again

It boots up okay without ignoring caches and the resolution has improved, but:

It still gives me a couple of warnings/errors:

"Warning: IOPlatformUtil : getCPUIDInfo: this is an unknown CPU model 0x3a -- power management may be incomplete or unsupported"
"[AGPM Controller] unknownPlatform"
"kdc: WARNING Found KDC certificate (0=System Identity, CN=com.apple.kerberos.kdc) is missing the PK-INIT KDC EKU, this is bad for interoperability."
"kernel: considerRebuildOfPrelinkedKernel com.apple.iokit.IOGraphicsFamily triggered rebuild"
"com.apple.kextd: Cache file /System/Library/Caches/com.apple.kext.caches/Startup/KextPropertyValues_OSBundleHelper_x86_64.plist.gz is out of date; not using.
"com.apple.kextd: Rescanning Kernel Extensions"
"kernel: Resetting IOCatalogue."

also later when testing out iPhoto:
"iPhoto: resultDictionary: Expected dictionary result, but type is (null)"
"WindowServer: CGXDisableUpdate: UI updates were forcefully disabled by application "iPhoto" for over 1.00 seconds. Server has reenabled them.
"iPhoto: CVCGDisplayLink::setCurrentDisplay didn't find a valid display - falling back to 60Hz"
"iPhoto: ***Assertion failure in -[IPAccessibilityUIElement accessibilityAttributeValue:], SourceCache/iPhotoProject/iPhotoProject-710.42/IPAccessibilityUIElement.m:307"

Also it gave me the iTunes account error.

The graphics are not fully functioning yet (maybe because I'm still using VGA).
Booting takes a little longer than it should too.

I didn't go online yet, btw.

I'd appreciate a little more help to get this all working as it should.

Thanks a lot for helping!

Well, looks like I'm own my own with this now.
