Moving App and User Folder to other Disk in Mountain Lion

Hi,

after some problems with the upgrade from Lion to Mountain Lion. I have upgraded my BIOS to EFI, wipped the disk and did a clean install of Mountain Lion .
Everything worked fine, so far. Then i noticed that i was not able to install my app as my SDD has only 60GB. On Lion i had the same problem and moved the APPs and User folder to another disk and created sym links.
So i bootet again from the USB Stick, started the Disk Utility and created partitions for Application, Users and spare for Data. Then i started the term and moved the Application and Users folders to the new partitions and created symbolic links on the root directory.

Then i bootet into the ML on the disk and started to install my software from the app store. Now i recognized that most downloaded apps crash during the start.
I found a hint that the 2nd drive has no user. I have fixed this with :
sudo /usr/sbin/vsdbutil -a /Volumes/Users/
sudo /usr/sbin/vsdbutil -a /Volumes/Applications/

I have also checked the ACL on both partitions and they locked fine. The permissions for the symlinks also look fine to me:
lrwxrwxr-x+ 1 root admin 34 25 Okt 17:57 Applications -> /Volumes/Applications/Applications
lrwxr-xr-x 1 root admin 20 25 Okt 17:58 Users -> /Volumes/Users/Users

The permissions on the Apps and Users folder on the drives look also fine to me:
