Legacy is v100202, current is version 100302.
With iTunes playing, what is plugged into what and what is selected, specifics?
You have version 100202, legacy. What happens to System Preferences/Sound/Internal Speakers when you plug in the headphones into the front panel? Attach a new IOReg with iTunes playing and the headphones plugged in.first i have selected internal speakers: built in (then i tried all)
play sound effects through internal speakers
and put the jack on back green port as usually(also tried front panel).

Its an issue with the codec address. In optimised AppleHDA (Multibeast) codec address is '2'. Your motherboards codec address is "0"
Are you using MSI mobo?
You need to edit AppleHDAHarwareConfigDriver info.plist PinConfig and change the codec address to "0".
