Mountain Lion: MultiBeast - No Audio/Solutions and Problem Reporting

Did you install MultiBeast 5.2.1 or newer - Select/Drivers & Bootloaders/Drivers/Audio/Realtek ALC8xx/Without DSDT/ALC887 Legacy?

Yes but nothing....

no sound no devices (input,output...)

i have done 10 fresh installs in two days...

i have an external pci audio card
specs : CMI 8738

could we do something with this card???

You don't have to do anything you don't want to. No idea about CMI 8738.

I got hit with headphones frontal modifying Platforms.xml!!
Still studying method to enable HDMI!!!

System Preferences/Sound/Output/HDMI says you have HDMI audio.
