mountain lion doesn't install

I tried installing mountain lion but it shows an error after the welcome screen and installer quits....
Tried in safe mode too but same results...

My hardware:
i5 2500k
Nvidia gt640
Gigabyte Z77p-d3

Probably BIOS-error. Boot in "-v" and see what it says.

I configured the bios on z77 board as given in the post for making required changes in the bios..


But the bios flashed 3times by itself the day i got the motherboard however it was restored by the backup bios... Is it something related to this? after that it is working correctly and windows is running fine but os x installation quits when i select the hard drive and click install.
