Mountain Lion Consistently Freeze after 2 minutes

I just clicked the necessary checkboxes like when I set up my system initially.

It was indeed the 5.4.0 freezing things up. I ended up reinstalling the whole thing and used multibeast 5.3.something instead.

Also each time we run multibeast we are supposed to check every box that we need right? At some point I think I have the impression that I don't have to and I think I messed things up.
