Mountain lion, ATI 6870 No dual display

When computer is turning on both screens have a spinning circle. once mac screen is up. only one screen remains on.

Can anyone help?

I battled with that card too. I boot with GraphicsEnabler=No AtiConfig=Duckweed and a custom DSDT. I have two monitor working with top DVI and HDMI. HDMI has working audio as well. Full HW acceleration.

Yes, no DVDPlayer, no Geekbench, no 5.1 sound on Plex among other issues. If those issues don't matter, then no problem. Duckweed or Gibba on the 6870 supports up to 4 displays.
