Motherboard Firmware version

I´m planning to build my own hackintosh, I have all the componnents list to buy but when I choose the Motherboard I saw that maybe when I buy it The bios firmware on it is higher than the firmware version available on the DSDT on Tonymac´s database. What should I do? Can I run Multibeast with a lower DSDT bios firmware version than the motherboard?
