Audio card is not supported. USB3 expansion card may not work (probably depends on chipset).

Otherwise you will have to try it yourself and see if it works for you.

People have been successful installing macOS on similar spec'd systems to yours, usually desktop versions using X79, X99 or X299 boards.

You might find some information if you search this site for an LGA2011 or/& C602 system.

You also need to take on board the comments about the USB3 PCIe card chip/controller, plus the fact the Sound Blaster audio card is not compatible with any version of macOS.
