Monterey does not shutdown my computer

Hello,
I have a Gigabyte Z390 Designare and had a problem with ethernet controllers. I tried many things to solve them and now, ethernet problems seems solved BUT the computer is not powered off when I click on shutdown (Monterey).
How can I solve that ?

Well. I changed nothing but now, my computer shuts down properly. Strange... :-s
