Monitor not recognised because of IFGX

Okay so I accidentally changed video output to IFGX in the BIOS and now my monitor is not recognized anymore. I also can't go back to the BIOS to change this as I cannot see what is happening on the screen.

What should I do?

Either plug your cable into the onboard graphics or reset the CMOS.
