Alright guys, check this out, it's quirky.

So I've gotten past post installation, I've gotten my HDD to boot! Yay!

Here's the situation, I'm going to lay it out as easily as possible.

The Multibeast Configuration:
Quick Start > EasyBeast
Drivers > Audio > Realtek ALCxxx > ALC1150
Drivers > Disk > 3rd Party SATA (Preconfiged)
Drivers > Misc > ElliottForceLegacyRTC (Preconfiged)
Drivers > Misc > EvOreBoot (Preconfiged)
Drivers > Misc > FakeSMC v6.18.1394 (Preconfiged)
Drivers > Misc> NullCPUPowerManagement (Preconfiged)
Drivers > Misc > USB 3.0 - Universal
Drivers > Network > Atheros > AtherosE2200Ethernet v2.0.1
Bootloaders > Chimera v4.1.0
Customize > Boot Options > 1080p Display Mode
Customize > Boot Options > Basic Boot Options
Customize > Boot Options > Kext Dev Mode (Don't even know what this does, preconfiged)
Customize > Boot Options > Use KernelCache (Preconfiged)
Customize > Boot Options > Verbose Boot (Used for troubleshooting)
Customize > System Definitions > Mac Pro > Mac Pro 6,1 (Used for troubleshooting? Just tried)
Customize > Themes > tonymacx86 Black.

The System:
Mobo: MSI Z97 Gaming 5
HDD: 1 TB Western Digital
CPU: i5-4690k
GPU: Nvidia GTX 980 (Reference Model)
RAM: 24 GB(lol just looooove saying that)

I think that's it for the system specs of importance.

The Issue:
When I boot from HDD, the boot sequence begins and I get to a point where the screen goes dark while system is running.

Further Troubleshooting Shows:
When I boot from Clover USB UniBeast and check the boot args I've got:
dart=0 nvda_drv=1.
This shows that I've got the Alternate Nvidia Graphics installed(which I do).
This leads me to believe that this is not a boot arg in my current
boot loader.

Thus I believe that mid boot once the boot loader hands the rest over to my graphics, the system does not understand that it's supposed to be using my graphics card, so it switches to intel graphics.
Intel graphics will not work while a *currently functioning* GPU is inserted into a PCIe slot , rendering the displays unusable.

Conclusion:
I *believe* I know what the issue is. The boot loader is not using nvda_drv=1 as a boot argument. This causes the system to use integrated graphics, and integrated graphics will not work while a functioning GPU is installed.

I do not know how to fix this. I only know what the issue is. If this is not the issue, please correct me. I may running down the wrong road here.

Please leave your suggestions/fixes here. I'm anticipating them as I am SO CLOSE TO VICTORY.
Thank you guys so much. You've really helped me through a lot of issues. I've truly tried to post as little as I can in order to keep your past posts valid and put to use!

Post-Script (Possible Resolution):
What I think may fix this is reinstalling my boot loader. It may add nvda_drv=1 as a boot arg when it reads my system drivers during installation?

I am working through something similar. I had to change my connection from HDMI to DVI and it worked.
