Hey I didn't notice this but when I wanted to calibrate my monitor, when I go into calibration, when I use the sliders, they do nothing but that, just slide, there is zero effect on the screen. Whats up with that? I want to make sure the monitor is optimized so I can do some post production/retouching work. Any ideas on this? My board is a GA-X85A-UD3R. It has worked in the past back in 10.6 if I recall but now I'm on 10.6.8.

VGA or DVI? In my case calibration doesn't work when I'm on VGA.

I have DVI, as I've stated, it has worked in the past on an earlier version of snow leopard 10.6 and now the sliders just slide and do not affect anything on my monitor.

bump

any ideas, I really need help on this, any help would be appreciated!

Re: Monitor calibration not working GTX 285 [Solved]

I don't know if this made a difference or not but I tried the calibration when the room is dark and I can see a difference? ID10T error? Oops!
