Mojave installation goes into a loop of errors: handle_encryption_rolling:5632

I am stuck at error handle_encryption_rolling:5632 error: request granted[0]
during Mojave installation. The installation goes into a loop of that error in the 3rd part after the 2nd restart. I suspected the NVMe Samsung disk, but it happens regardless Apfs, Hfs, other Sata SSD disk. Every time I install, it goes into the loop of errors.

Any help appreciated.

i have the same error. What have you changed in the usb?
