Mojave Install - Blank Screen

I am in the install screen and the moment I select Install Mojave the screen goes blank or black. Nothing happens. My current OS is 10.9.5. I haven't updated for a long time. Any help would be appreciated.

My Build is

Motherboard: GA Z77X-UP5 TH
CPU: I7-3770K
Graphics: GTX 650 TI
Other Hardware:
Corsair Vengeance 32GB (4x8GB) DDR3 1600 MHz,
BD COMBO LG|UH12NS29,
SSD 240G|SANDISK SDSSDX-240G-G25,
WL ADPT TP-LINK| TL-WDN4800,
2 TB Seagate

Boot in verbose mode.

Select "options" with the arrow keys on the Clover boot screen.
Make sure "Boot arg" is highlighted
Hit enter key
add -v
hit return
arrow down to "enter"
hier enter again
and voila

When clover boots and you see your Mojave’s HDD press the space bar then make sure verbose is checked then select the option boot with selected kext.

do you get a black screen or are you stuck at the point which we see on your screenshot?

For me I think I fresh installed 2 times. The second time I did the fresh install I followed the guide here to the very t.
