Can someone identify the problem and give a proper solution. The Problem Occurs Frequently and not for any specific workload. The PC gets nonresponsive and I need to Force Restart every time it happens.
Mac OS X: Mojave-Version 10.14.6 (18G103)
Motherboard: Asus ROG Maximus XI Code
Processor: Intel Core i9-9900K
Graphics Card: Asus Radeon 580 Pro 8GB

OS: Mojave
What graphics card are you using? You said "GTX 970" in your profile but "Radeon Other" in your signature.

Is it a Nvidia GTX 970 or an AMD graphics card? If the latter, what is the model?

Sorry Sire, I forgot to mention the detail. Post Updated.
Thanks.

Hoping I'm wrong, but it looks more like a hardware issue to me (GC?) — except if it only happens in Premiere, in which case I'd check if the version is compatible with Mojave, but I imagine you've already checked that.

Have you got this issue recently or has it always been like that since you made your build?

I would:
- try with another OS (former version of MacOS or Windows or Linux)
- try with another GC (or the IGPU)
Depending on those tests, you'll be able to determine whether it's a hardware or software issue.
If you're unable to do those tests, you can try to plug the GC in another slot, it could be a contact issue — it may also be a temperature issue, check if the fans all run ok.

Those glitches look like your GPU is about to die. Try repasting as heat may be part of the issue.

The software issue is not to discard, though: I have graphics issues myself with the recent versions of AVID Sibelius — that is theoretically supported from 10.12 to 11.x — (parts of the window suddenly become transparent in a random way!), while versions until 2019 runs perfectly...
As I've used a patch for old NVidia support, I suspect those drivers to be guilty, or the recent versions of Sibelius are relying on Metal, that my old GT210 doesn't support. ;)
