Any idea on how to to get through The encrypted passcode and run first aid or mount the disk?

not really, but you can try wiping and reinstalling

Hi i managed to find the encrypted password. but when i run first aid on the disk in recovery it states disk failed to unmount therefore first aid process couldn't be performed. any help would be appreciated fita
