Modular PSU for future i7-8700K build

Would like to upgrade my current power supply to modular with the thought that some time this spring I'd like to upgrade cpu/mobo/ram to a 8700k build. Right now running Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD5H + i7-3770k. This past build was way too messy - didn't use half the crap coming out of the PSU. Was thinking Corsair RMx Series - 850W. Anything cheaper?
