Yes at the Unibeast Option Screen where you select "usb" Just type those options. It sounds like a "waiting for root device issue" Try moving your SATA card to the first sata slot on your MB and ejecting any other drives.

Have you done this lot of switches in 1 line :-

pcirootuid=1 -x npci=0x2000 graphicsenabler=no

This normally fixes it till you get it installed
