ML Install won't boot: SAM Multimedia Read or Write fail

I followed Tonymac guide for installing ML from my Lion hackintosh 10.7.4. I am trying to boot back into ML after the install and I keep getting a message in verbose mode that says "SAM Multimedia Read or Write Failed". I searched around but cant seem to find a definitive answer. Anyone come across this or have any ideas? Thanks in advance

I have the same problem
