ML 10.8.2 nVidia goes blank after boot

Hello,

I"ve a system up with os x lion for quite some time now. I finally decided to upgrade to ML using the UniBeast method without a hitch just one problem I currently have an nVidia 9800GT 1GB DDR3 video card that is goes blank after booting up after the apple logo. I have no Idea why this is happening and i've tried booting up with all kinds of different boot flags to no avail. This card worked out of the box with SL and Lion, is ML that bad of an os?

Same problem with my 5870, just unplug the cable from your card and plug back in, login screen will come up.

I'm new to this so I'm unsure why this is happening but this is what i have to do at every bootup.
