Yesturday I booted a laptop Windows 10 drive on my CustoMac and after that when I boot El Capitan my data drive (2tb NTFS drive witch was working ever since with my CustoMac with NTFS drivers Mac Fuse and NTFS-3G) was not active in Finder and not mounted. I uninstall NTFS drivers and the partitions was back. When I reinstalled the drivers the partetions were not accesable and not showed in Finder again only the drive in Disk utullity. I try Paragon NTFS and it was able to mount just one partition and it was working slowly. I check in Terminal and all partitions are mounted.
This morning I connect the NTFS drive to a Windows PC and there was a startup repair and varification. Threre are mising folders now on the drive (not showing in Windwos?)

I will be happy if someone gide me where is the problem!

Tuxera NTFS fix the isue. Looks like is the best NTFS driver for El Capitan.
But there is massive data loss (Missing one folder with 800GB data) :banghead: I'm recovering the drive' data under windwos now. Painfully slow process.
