For a number of reasons I'm very inclined to buy this mini PC:

MinisForum EliteMini HX90AMD ( Ryzen™ 9 5900HX )

Can anyone tell me if it's Hackintoshable?

Well, it hasn't discrete graphics card.
Just the in built AMD Radeon™ VEGA 8 (Cezanne) Graphics 2100 MHz.

So what in this case?

The graphics hardware is not supported on MacOS, I believe. You won't be able to run MacOS with graphics acceleration even if you are somehow able to install MacOS onto your system, which would be close to useless.
