Mini ITX mobo with Thunderbolt 3

Does anyone to know if any Mini ITX motheboard with Thunderbolt 3 has 4 lanes (and not 2, like pretty much every mobo I was scouting).

Only one ITX/TB3 motherboard: ASRock > Z390 Phantom Gaming-ITX/ac
Includes one TB3/Type-C: x2

As I said, 4 lanes not 2. Not good for eGPU.
