Mini-ITX build with h77 / sandy bridge i5: graphics issues.

For Sandy Bridge processor with a 7 series board you need to patch the MEI driver for the HD 3000. There are two ways to do this - by kext editing or by DSDT patch. See this thread for more detail:

Sorry dude for the late response. minihack is rite extract a DSDT using DSDT Editor and save it as .dsl and attach.

I downloaded a DSDT editor, saved as a DSL. Where do I attach it? Do you mean it attach it here so you can look at it? I am trying to and the forum isn't letting me attach the file for some reason.

Do I need to edit the DSDT file somehow?

Ok that didn't work.. try again extract dsdt save it as .dsl format, zip it and attach it.

Do a fresh installation. Unzip the DSDT and AppleHDA and keep it on the desktop.

Multibeast options

User DSDT.
Disk > 3rd Party SATA driver
Miscellaneous > FakeSMC
Lnx2mac Either net driver
Bootloader > Chimera 1.11.1
System definition > Mac mini
SSDT i5

Before rebooting run kextbeast http://www.tonymacx86.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=32 to install AppleHDA and reboot.
