Need help I7 3770 | GA-Z77-HD3 | Vertex4 | GT640 install ML but no sound no boot

Hello, I need some help

My spec :
I7 3770
GA-Z77-HD3
OCZ Vertex4 128GB
GIGABYTE GT640
Kingston 8GB single
SilverStone 400W

now I already install Mountain Lion and update to 10.8.2 yet on this like

but I have no audio and cannot boot with harddrive (usb boot)

Please advice me how can I do?
