Problem is likely in your patched AppleHDA (assuming you're using patched AppleHDA and not VoodooHDA).

yes i am using patch applehda by mirone i just downloaded it on its post in other site..what should i do to fix this?my patch applehda is alc282 my codec is 10EC 0282

You can patch AppleHDA yourself to match your own codec dump...

even though I don't have a native applehda.kext?because I remove it.i thought all are working fine..

Problem is in your patched AppleHDA Platforms/layout files. You should read up on AppleHDA patching, Intel HDA spec, etc.

It is quite techical. Plan on spending a week or so on it. Reading the Intel HDA spec is helpful.
