Messages on hackintosh only come from iPhones/iPads/Macs

I have two hackintoshes running Mojave. On one, using the Messages app, I get text messages from both iOS/Mac (blue bubbles) and non-iOS/Mac (green bubbles). But on the other hackintosh, I only get iOS/Mac messages (blue bubbles). Any idea what might cause this and what the fix might be?

I had that happen a while ago. I just signed out and back in, and then I started receiving SMS texts again

Unfortunately, that did not work.
