Memory Slot Utility 10.8.3

Hey everyone, ever since upgrading to 10.8.3 I've gotten this memory slot window popping up on startup. I followed directions online to eliminate it from popping up, but I've noticed I'm still losing 4gb. This is the same result when it pops up. Now I lose 4gb of ram without the pop up. Any solutions please?

Update: Bad ram. One of my 8gb sticks only works as a 4gb for some reason. RMA time.
