Mavericks (Upgrade) on HP Spectre XT

Hey guys,

I just downloaded Mavericks and ran it. It says it is preparing the install, and then I have to reboot. But after the reboot nothing happens.

Is it not possible to upgrade to Mavericks? Do I have to make a new boot stick with UniBeast and make a fresh install from there?

Or maybe I am just missing something.

You cannot upgrade as if it were a Mac. You must build a Unibeast USB just as you did with a fresh install.

Just to be clear, from the new UniBeast Stick I can upgrade my existing 10.8.5, without a complete wipe + fresh install?
