Hi.

I've Been struggling for two months now with my Mavericks installation. I've come today to the point from which I think my drive is dead.

Multiple Disk Utility repairs, erases, formatting, partitionning. Always a
n error somewhere.

I've now got the "Invalid B-Tree node size". From what I understand, this is means my disk is dead.

Is that true ?

Thanks for replying.

hey did you get a solution for this... I am having the same problem... I have formatted, used disk utility and disk warrior to repair the hard disk but after doing a fresh install the hard disk seems to be getting corrupted... and it says invalid sibling link or invalid b tree node.... I even bought a new hard drive cause I thought my old HD was dead.. but the new one showed the same error after install... can someone help ????
