Mavericks/i3 4330/GA-Z97-HD3/PNY GTX 760 Installation Not Working

Hey guys! Just assembled my first Hackintosh in a bit over a year...here is the parts list.

CPU: Intel Core i3-4330 3.5GHz Dual-Core Processor
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z97-HD3 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Video Card: PNY GeForce GTX 760 2GB Enthusiast Edition Video Card

Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: PNY GeForce GTX 760 2GB Enthusiast Edition Video Card
Case: NZXT Source 210 (White) ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: Corsair CX 430W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply
Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer

We've tried with/without graphics card, the -x/-s/-v boot codes, graphics enabler, limiting the ram...nothing. Here's a photo of what happens. The computer freezes on this screen.

For me post install -v PCIRootUID=1 after install -x -v PCIRootUID=1 IGPEnabler=Yes
(i5 4440 and no video card)
