GM means it's the final version that developers have decided is stable enough for release. So it should be in the app store within a few weeks.

You'll have to await Mavericks release as the tonymacx86 Forum Rules & Policies state:

• Prerelease Software or Developer Builds are covered by NDA and therefore there cannot be any discussion of features included or removed within said software. The NDA also prohibits the distribution of any component contained within these releases. There will be no discussion of installing, help with installing or documenting the use of this type of software. Repeated violations of this rule will result in a permanent ban.

You can! Just look at BIOS and motherboard model info and you will see.

Most of those are hacks, you can tell just by looking at the processor. Macs don't come with unlocked processors. Also, usually real Macs say the model and the year as opposed to MacPro3,1 or iMac13,2 etc.
