So just to point out, unibeast does not work on an mbr, disk utility does not format anything into mbr, so how do I change the install packages in unibeast to allow install on a mbr partition harddrive because whenever I try to replace the files and start up unibeast mavericks install crashes after language selection

The following patch will allow you to install Mavericks on a MBR partition, instructions are included in the link:
