MASSIVE Graphicbug? help!

hey guys, since yesterday,my probook is very strange.
after sleep i get very big graphic bugs, shown below, but it appears when something on the screen changes,and i think its a safari issue too,if safari is closed it is away for a few seconds.


the white part is just censored,but in my second tab there is now again this "Bug"

Did you try a reset?

- shutdown
- remove battery
- unplug ac power
- hold down power button 10-60 sec
- re-intall battery
- plug ac adapter back in
- restart

installed the graphic patch from probook installer,no problems now..yesterday just intstalled my 1080p screen,again no problems

I had this same problem, but I dont think the graphic patch in the installer worked for me
