Marvel sata ports, usb3.0, and LAN Internet not working.

Unfortunately I can't get these reading my crucial m4s. Reads in bios but not in OSX. Also on a side note, I had to downgrade firmware in order for my crucials to stop unmounting randomly (6gb ports) in mountain lion.
All marvel controllers are enabled in Bios, and I installed "3rd party SATA" from the newst ML multibeast.
Any ideas?
