Mail Crashing right after opening

Not sure what went wrong, but MAIL crashed on my Mavericks built. Any help is appreciated, my only way to fix is is to reinstall the system....I just don't want to do it, any timesaving tip is welcome! PLZ check attachment for error report.

Do you have gmail setup to your mail account?

No, I'm using my own mailserver via Godaddy, no Gmail. Mail was working fine, but after using 'CleanMyMac', it will crash right after start, I can see the Mailinterface for one second, then it crashes.

Clean up your mail database in ~/Library/Mail/V2
