Hello there,

Since Windows 8 can make great use of gestures within the OS. I wonder if there are already any drivers to fully support the Magic Trackpad so we can use it like the logitech t650 trackpad.

I noticed Trackpad++ but it doesn't support the magic trackpad, i already contacted the developers and he cannot promis he'll finish a driver any time soon even in a couple of years.

I also noticed http://www.trackpadmagic.com/ . However this doesn't give any gesture support.

So, does anyone knows a way to make gestures work on the magic trackpad within Windows 8 :).

Bump. I'd buy one if it had proper Windows 8 support.

Would love to have a trackpad that supports gestures in both OSX and Win8. It's between Logitechs T650 and Apple's Magic Trackpad. None provide support for both OSes...

I'm subscribing to this post
hope they release something that works with both Mac OS X 10.8 and Windows 8

I was able to use the Magic TRackpad with my Win8 install using Parallels on a MacPro. Not sure if that answers the question

were you able to use gestures on Windows 8 (switch apps, etc)

You can get software from here to get it to work in Windows http://www.mannis-world.de/blog/wp-content/uploads/2011/02/controlpanel1.zip I've tried in Windows 7 and Windows 8 and it runs fine.

These are the supported gestures:

So has anyone tried to use the Logitech t650 on a hackintosh? I really want to give it a go because I already have a Logitech solar keyboard and mouse. I think it would make a great addition to my hack! Does anyone know?
