Magic mouse not recognized at startup

Hi guys. I have a GMYLE bluetooth device and magic mouse. Sometimes mouse doesn't recognized at startup, I reboot and it works. Do you know the problem?

Same problem with new installs...when OSX is up, pull the USD BT device and reinsert. The blue indicator light on the USB device must be blinking!
Seems like this happens on new installs and then over time 'fixes' itself!
