Magic Mouse 2 Windows 10

When I use the Magic Mouse 2 in Windows 10 it only works as a standard bluetooth mouse. I installed the bootcamp drivers but somehow it doesn't want to use the driver to make scrolling work.

Anyone know how to do this and force Windows to use the correct driver?
