I tried those same drivers. while they do work I get inverted colors on 5 of my 6 screens.

Definition: iMac 14, 2
The iMac definition has added a 3rd monitor to the mix, that simply doesn't exist. How do I disable that ghost monitor?

- Disconnect GTX 950
- I had to boot into my install with nv_disable=1 using my onboard GFX (hd 4000) via thunderbolt to D-port.
- Install the correct Nvidia drivers for Sierra.
- Follow problem 4 method 1 of @slim.jim article http://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/solving-nvidia-driver-install-loading-problems.161256/
- shut down and reinstall GTX 950
- restart and login. GTX 950 still not listed at this point under About This Mac
- Restart one more time GTX 950 listed and working.

What components? Boot flags?
Did you follow the guide for booting the install re clover update and fakesmc?
Personally on my z170x I had to disable IOAPIC24-119 entries to get past that screen.

Are you supposed to be able to upgrade a Hackintosh El Capitan to Sierra, just like a real Mac? I tried, but I did not see the installer screen and it booted to El Capitan. Some users in this thread wrote as if they just upgraded their Hackintosh to Sierra.
In short, which is the norm for a Hackintosh?
(1)You can just upgrade. If it does not, your configuration is wrong.
(2)No, you cannot. You must wait until Unibeast for Sierra comes out.
