macOS Monterey Battery Drains very fast.

Hello, my macOS Version is: 12.6.3 (21G419)
I'm using it on my Thinkpad T440p, everything works fine i would say but my laptop battery drains very fast. It drained 15% in just a few mins. from 100% to 85%.

Is there any fix to this problem, please let me know.

Update. in 8mins it went from 85% to 69%.
16% lost.
