yes I have checked settings all according to the guide . Will try updating bios.
 
After downgrading bios still same result..

since you use amd video card try
Try using boots args: -v agdpmod-pikera make sure you put the updated lilu.kext & whatevergreen.kext

Primery Display = PCIE
IGPU = Disabled

Your kexts in Clover/Kext/Other are up to date ?

Yes initial graphics adapter PGE. DONE
