macOS 14.3 Update

Easy! OC 0.9.7. Like 14.2.1, after update no WiFi but OCLP asked me to update and, after re-apply my root patches, WiFi is there again!
I had to download the full installer 13Gb!
Ciao! Ciao

Anther quick and easy MacOS update thanks to wonders of OpenCore.

The update took around 20 mins to install with the usual three reboots.
Install used the smaller incremental (~980MB) update source.
Booting via OpenCore 0.9.7 with the latest kexts.

Successfully updated both hacks in my sig, on OC 0.9.7.

But first, needed to add RestrictEvents.kext and revpatch=sbvmm to boot-args, before the 14.3 release would show up as a new incremental system update.

Reverted Wifi root patches, did the 14.3 incremental update. 20mins + a few reboots later, got it back up & running and OCLP prompted to re-apply the Wifi patches. All good!

Running OCLP 1.3.0 to patch my Broadcom Wifi so I had to pull down the full package.

Need more processors.

one issue is now Sonoma full installer is too big for a 16GB usb stick. I got a message about 140 mb short. Till 14.1 it was ok.
