macOS 14.2.1 Update

Yet anther quick and easy update, this time from MacOS Sonoma 14.2 -> 14.2.1
Updated via the small (~422MB) incremental software update download.

22 mins total install time (4 mins in MacOS perperation + 18 mins pre-boot), along with the usual three reboots.
Booting via OpenCore 0.9.7 + Latest 3rd party Kexts.

Another successful 421.8 MB incremental update via System Settings, seemed a bit quicker this time, either that or I was distracted with gift wrapping!. Disabling BlueToolFixup and adding ‘revpatch=cpuname,pci,sbvmm’ to my boot-args meant I didn't have to download the full installer. Happy Holidays!.View attachment 576199
Where do we get this app? TIA.

@Stork
It’s called About-This-Hack, it’s on GitHub and the developer is on these forums somewhere.

My hack unable to find any update. SIP is fully enable, Secure Boot Model is disable and Vault is set to optional. Restart the system few times and did reset NVRAM. Still no update is showing in the system preferences.

0.9.5 - smooth update. No changes made downloaded full version and updated it that way from main SSD.

Easy! OC 0.9.7. A little bit scared during installation because I had a long black screen with no HD movement :(
But after a minute everything was fine!
Like 14.2, after update no WiFi but OCLP asked me to update and, after re-apply my root patches, WiFi is there again!
Ciao! Ciao
