Hi there,

I have a Mac that I have used for several years now. When I first built the Hackintosh, I had tried a osx update and it didn't work so I have kept using the version I have for several years. A week ago I was restarting my Hackintosh and it froze on the first centimeter of the loading bar. I restarted went to the clover screen and booted in verbose mode. I really have no clue on what is wrong or what to do. Here is my verbose screen and where it stopped loading. Any help is appreciated.

You have multiples of FakeSMC.kext and they are different versions.

What do I need to do to correct this?

Track all copies down and at least ensure that they are all the same version.

It may not be the source of your problem but it is an indication that something is amiss with your kexts.

How would I do that?

It's difficult to say without knowing some basics.
Which operating system ?
Which boot loader ?

You might make a USB installer and boot from that.

My OS is High Sierra and I'm using clover to boot each start up I do.
Any ideas what I should do?

Remove kexts from /EFI on boot partition and set Inject Kexts to Detect in config.plist.

How and where do I find the boot partition?

It's hidden, both on the USB and the boot drive with HS installed.
Try using EFI mounter to mount it.
