Wrong there is a difference it's the frontpanel I think the spilt is between 2008 and up
 
So which one would be better?
2006 or 2009?

He asked about the case.
For the front panel wiring you essentially just have to use a different wiring diagram.

The question is, do i need all that stuff, that comes with 2006 and 2008 cases to build mac pro hack, or I can do it with 2009 case?

No, i don't have a case. I want to by one, but can't decedi which one would be better and easier to hack.

They are going to be the same, only thing is check out the front panel for wiring.
I have been trying to get some old links for you but I am at work.
I know there are 2 or three different front panel connections. the 44 pin one and possible two others but I'm slow to the draw today lol.
