Mac Osx lion on a xw6600

I have a xw6600 and I need some help it boots plays sound then I get a kernal panic

Invidia quadro fx3500
Sound?
Chipset?
Hardrive sata
1tb
250gb
4gb ram
Sata DVD drive

With your Camera, take a picture of the kernel panic and post it up, this might help people with why its getting the panic and they can tell you how to fix it
